Is anyone else having problems logging into their Native Instrument account?
I've had preoblems in the past and had to do password resets, but now the site is telling me that it this function is not available 'at the moment'. This could cause problems when I come to load up my NI plug-ins or the Kontakt player etc..
I would go on the NI forum page and moan about it, but I need to be logged in to my account to do that and.....well, you see the problem!
 
IMHO: I get the feeling that their site is prone to hacking.

i can log into the website ok

Clear your cookies, cache and saved passwords.
Otherwise try another browser.

Site seems fine here in Chrome, as is Native Access. Try Alex's advice (above).

The site let me in after about 10 minutes.
It's not the first time this has happened, and, looking at the NI forum, I'm not the only one.
