Have you tried a forced manual "Rescan VST folders" in Cakewalk DAW?
Although you can run both v 9 and v 10 Waves plugins on the same computer, you cannot run both versions of the same plugin.
This can be a bit tricky and confusing if and when you choose the "Update All Plugins" option in Waves Central for any and all Waves plugins that the annual update support has expired.
So if you unintentionally let this happen, you'll need to either,,,,,,,
1) Pay a small fee to extend update support to unlock the v10 license, which I highly recommend doing. (because of the fact that Waves plugins keep evolving with computer and DAW technology sooner or later you will wish you had.)
2) Uninstall the v10 version and reregister your perfectly usable v9 and never "choose" to let Waves Central accidently install it without paying for a license.
