Seems Amplesound is a favorite tho kinda pricey. I've also looked at AcousticSamples.net. Realitone. Some things are on holiday sale now, so looking to pull the trigger.

Anyone using these or something else? My priorities are.

1. solid fingerpicking with decent patterns and ability to create my own
2. Tone, realistic
3. Strumming

Thanks for sharing thoughts!

Have you tried strum session by AAS that was supplied with Platinum?

Very good is Native Instruments Strummed Acoustic 2

Best is Orange Tree Samples: Evolution Steel Strings
Strummed and picked in one vst. Sounds very realastic.

Unfortunately, I don't have Platinum. I'm working in Professional.

I use Native Instruments Strummed Acoustic for mapping out songs and it's excellent. As mentioned above they've recently released a second version featuring vintage six and twelve string guitars.

You can check out the new version on the NI website https://goo.gl/D8ecIt

Have you tried String Studio VS-2 or even Strum GS-2?  You can demo them and AAS are having 50% off a sale of all their synths ATM.

Another vote for MusicLab's RealGuitar series, they have acoustic and electric guitars, very playable, strum by hand or with preset patterns.

Indiginus and Orange Tree also make some great VST guitars, and they have built in efx.
But my first choice for all around quality and playability is MusicLab's guitars.
