As long as you have a fully intact copy over on the D drive that contains the project file as well as all the associated files (recorded and imported audio, video, etc), you can just delete the one on the SSD drive. You don't need the auto-save files unless you plan to go back to a previous editing stage of the project. And be sure to back up the copy you have on D, just in case. Always have at least two copies of a project.
