When you hover over a slider handle, the current value of the setting pops up like this:

 
Make this little popup stay visible and track the value as the fader/slider is dragged up/down.  I have a hard time seeing the tiny black number from my normal eye-to-display distance.  Yes, I'm aware of the Windows magnifier.
 

Never thought about it before, but as an option...   I likes.  
 

Well, the knobs on the new Sends module have that convenient pop-up, so these Volume slider and Pan knob should probably have the new pop-up too (Voted!)
 
However.....although this is a feature request forum, I'd also like to suggest that you change the color of "Console View Control Text and Values" (in Preferences -> Customization -> Colors) to white, or maybe yellow, just in case you didn't know.
