Hi,
I've been unable to update Sonar using Command Center. This just started happening.  I have space on my hard-drive. When I try to install I get "Error: The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program". I get that every time. I've tried right clicking and selecting "Delete Files".  That doesn't help. I've tried doing a rollback to the current version. That doesn't help. I've tried clicking download, but even after that install or update still returns an error. My laptop updates fine. But the desktop studio computer isn't updating. I'm typing posting using that desktop computer, so internet connectivity seems okay. Up till now I've been successfully using command center on this computer for as long as command center has been released.

Any idea how to get this working? Thank you!

Did you know you can copy the files from one computer to the other? I just figured this out myself and it saves bandwidth etc.

The files are found here :
My Computer/ Program Data/ Cakewalk/Command Center/ Downloads
You will see all the files ever downloaded to that machine, So you can copy paste them from the good machine to the bad.
Make sure and delete anything that wasn't working from your bad machine first.

Once copied into that folder on the other computer all you need to do is run Command Center and it will find those downloads and install them without downloading again.

If the problem persists, you may have to uninstall and re install CCC.

Thank you, Johnny V. Going into that folder and manually deleting files worked. After that I was able re-download and then update.
