But isn't that updated with every release?
It has a new version number every time.

The one that comes with 2016.12 is

SONARHelp_Documentation_1.0.0.40.exe

...or am I looking at the wrong thing?

The PDF file referred to above is not updated each scheduled release (looks like maybe once per year)
