I am not finding where I can enter TRANSPOSE value on an Instrument track. I have to enter +2
Please help.

The Key slider is on the MIDI tab in the Track inspector http://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=SONAR&language=3&help=Inspectors.3.html#1220713

You can also find it on the Process > Transpose menu, or use a MIDI FX.
