EDIT : Well I think I figured it out. It seems that I was using tempo sync and I guess I didn't know exactly how that would affect the signal. Seems to be WAD. Thanks for the the help none the less!
Thanks for the replies!
As for the delays being centered, this is exactly what is happening. For instance, if I start playback and I set the right channel delay time at 100ms and the left channel delay time at 200ms I can hear the dinstict delays in their proper right and left channel. If I then stop playback and then start again, I can still hear the two different delays. However they are not split into left and right channels. I hear both delays simultaneously at dead centre. There is no seperation into left and right channels. If I then, say, tweak the right channel to 150ms, then both channels suddenly spring back into their left and right seperation.
I also tried saving patches and using the preset patches and I still get the same issue. I am thoroughly perplexed. I used this program for months and this is the first time this happened. It's probably some incredibly stupid mistake I am making but can't figure out.
On a side note, not sure if this has anything to do with it, but, I seem to recal if I took a preset patch and tweaked it a bit that beside the name of the patch in the display there used to be an " * ". I always assumed that meant I had made changes to a preset patch. I am not seeing this " * " anymore beside the name of the patch whenever I tweak it. Could this be related?
Thanks again!
