The EastWest guitar midi packs are also a good EastWest sampler much like Goliath. I know they are soup hosed to be for guitar midi but still haven't found what there is to make them more for guitar midi than keyboard midi. They were down to $83. at everyplugin over the holidays. There are a good amount of Ghost Writer, Darkside and ethnic packs in them. Lots of Fab Four and Goliath too.

I think I'm gonna get the Fab Four program, because it has a lot of great sounding basic instruments in it, that could be used in new songs. I checked out RA and Silk but didn't hear anything that would get radio air time. So I guess I'm looking for more Top Forty type sounds.......

I bought Fab Four tonight to take advantage of the sale price which ends tonight.  It's downloading now......

I did good...I bought Goliath, Gypsy, and Fab Four for $199 each on the holiday sale. Today the prices went up to $299 each...so I saved about $300 by buying on the sale.

You're gonna love them. I got Gypsy, Fab Four, Voices of Passion, Ghostwriter, Spaces, Symphonic Choirs Platinum and VOTA, Symphonic Orchestra and Hollywood Orchestra Diamond.
Do I need anything else? No ma'am. Do I still lust after all things musical. Yes siree.

I've got Symphonic Orchestra Gold, and Silver, Goliath, Gypsy, Fab Four, and Gold Pianos, That's plenty for me. That gives me a huge selection of sounds to work with.

Looking at the individual pricing I am still pretty happy on Composer Cloud having access to it all as long as I keep paying. Getting things like the Hollywood Choirs added as they are released.

Well I'm planning on using the programs for the next ten years. To use the cloud for ten years would cost $30x12 = $360 for one year, $3,600 for ten, so buying the programs you really want is cheaper in the long run. My cost will be under $1,000 and I'll have the programs I want.

I've already had the orchestra  gold and silver for about 10-12 years...time goes by fast.
