I don't even..
One project only. I have touched a setting, and now I can not mute the metronome. (I can deactivate it in metronome settings.)
I want it, but at a lower volume when recording, as my headphones leak.
But I can't turn it down. The metronome bus has no effect on the metronome setting.
I muted the metronome bus. I even deleted the  bus, and it is still there at full volume.
When recording, I hear it on every track if I solo it.
I found I had assigned it to the Octa-Capture 1-2, so I changed that to "Master" -Didn't help.
Now I can not record acoustic guitar, cause I can hear the damn click on the track. Need halp so bad.

I have a feeling I've seen this before a strange bug. if you hit the all effects off button it seemsed to fix it for me.
Hope my memory is OK!
Could be an Octa-Capture thing as I have one too!

I finally found the culprit. Was assigned to Octa-capture. Assigning it to Master was wrong. 
Solution: Assign it to Metronome.
I believe your memory is ok, though Eric.  :)
Mine on the other hand.. 
My last post was about the same project, where all new tracks were assigned to the metronome.
I cannot remember doing any of that.
