This one is driving me mad. I am using Sonar X3 and have an issue with my stereo output. Whilst I can pan any track, left to right successfully, my stereo tracks only play back in mono? If I open up a stereo track with Soundforge, the clip plays back stereo. I am using an M-Audio Fast Track Pro and Sonar is routed to the same 'Fast Track' Asio output as Soundforge. I've tried changing the audio output between Master and Fast Track Stereo but there is no change. If I do a bounce to track, the stereo track is converted to mono. I tried bouncing to 'Split Mono' tracks but that had the same mono result on both tracks. Any idea anyone?

Hi. Sorry if this is obvious. But have you checked that your master out has not been switched to mono (Stereo Interleave button)?

OK. I found a similar (solved) post and it has guided me in the right direction. Quite sure I will get it fixed now.
