I have had some weird clip behavior as well.  I have had crashing where cakewalk error reporting was activated. I did report what happened.  It happened after doing some bouncing to clips.  Also, sometimes when I bounce to clips it will merge the 2 or more into the same take lane but still shows the line of separation of the 2 clips.  If I bounce again it usually disappears.  I have also had those little slivers
