So once you drag audio map to change tempo map......is it just a matter of the addictive drums now, for example will follow ?....or is there more
Addictive Drums has a "Sync Tempo" button. When activated, it should follow the project's tempo map.
But wait, there is more! Optional, of course
You can also create your own tempo map manually using the "Fit Improvisation" function.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MnAqjtXglOQ To use this command, you must record a reference track containing a single clip that matches your original track or tracks but has only a single note on each beat boundary. You should make sure that the reference track has one event for every single beat, with no extra beats or missing beats. The first beat of the reference track should be at 1:01:000. You can use any editing command to adjust the reference track.

And since I'm no expert in these topics, just know enough to be dangerous, suggest you head over to the Techniques forum and start a new topic to address any specific questions you may have about these features.
