I'm using SONAR build 22.11.0 (2016) Steam edition. Would like to check if there is any way I can copy wholesale a particular section, say all the MIDI tracks from bars 20 - 30 and paste them in bars 60 - 70 in the same tracks?
 
As of now I am copying and pasting them one by one, and I realize it's taking me half an hour to do it. I figured there may be an easier way to get about doing this.

Select all the clips you want to copy, then hold down the CTL key while you drag them into position.
