I'm basically on track view up until I 'freeze' midi tracks and am finished with any recording. I get to the point where I have to make a commitment and need to change gears to gain staging, and then on to mixing.
Lenses have been a tremendous help cleaning up and focusing the GUI. It really supports the 'different setups for different stages of production' idea.
