A few weeks ago, both Sonar Platinum and Cakewalk Bandlab, have started crashing on me randomly, when I press the space bar.  Either to start or stop a project.  Sometimes, it just drops to desktop, with no messages, and other times, I get the fault message.  My system details can be found in my signature below.

I'm pretty much out of ideas, as to what is going on.  I've reinstalled audio and display drivers, updated, windows, ran virus scans, and now I'm out of ideas.  Any suggestions?

Hi. As mentioned above, does this happen in all or one project?
Are there any 32-bit plugins in this/those projects? Which plugins are common, if this happens in several projects?
Could a Win update have changed any settings on your pc?
All the best.

I've been working on this project for a few weeks, and I have not tried it on another project.  I'll give it a try and report back.

On a related note, I opened up windows update last night on windows 10, and as usual it was reporting as up to date, with no updates available.  For grins, I pressed the "Check For Updates" button, and lo and behold it found 4 or 5 updates related to v1803, which were available.  I installed them last night, and I was able to go a couple of hours, without CbB crashing on me.  WIll try again tonight.

BTW, there are no 32bit plugins in my projects.  I try to avoid even installing 32 bit plugins in my system.  I do have a few that snuck in, but I rarely, if ever use them in my projects.

I would take pay close attention to what that message displays. It may just be significant to what your problem is.
