you can also use the "Set snap" option on each track.
Once you are in a spot where you like the fader for example, Right click it and choose Set Snap value.
now if you move it by accident, all you need to do is double click the fader and its new snap position will be what you have set it at (Instead of being 0db or Unity like it was previously. that's the default)
This is one of my favorite features, particularly because you can have independent snap-tos depending on whether you're using the Console view, Track view, or Inspector. As soon as I have a reference mix where I want it, I save a snap to = current for all faders.
These days, as soon as I open a project I also save a Mix Recall scene. They take up little space and you never know when you might want to get back to square 1.

As in select all tracks, hold CNTRL, right click and choose Snap to.
Will that do them all at once or do you need to do each one individually ?
To be honest I never tried this. this would be a huge time saver.
