I have been a Cakewalk user since it was called Cakewalk and watched the application grow from humble to professional but with that growth has to come support of the product. I recently upgraded to Vista 64 and installed Sonar 7 64bit ( VERY much courage here) Once I do this Cakewalks system asks me register. Well I have done this in 32 bit version so the system says I am already registered goodby... Understandable .... BUT try to contact Cakewalk sales, support on this problem . There must be secret phone numbers or email addresses .... RIGHT

I don't understand. I recently installed SONAR 8 PE 64-bit on Windows 7 Beta and used the same serial number and registration number as the SONAR 8 PE 32-bit on my main Windows XP Pro computer — no problems!

They're secret numbers. But what the heck, I suppose I can give them out. What's the worst that can happen? Hang on. Who's there? Hello? Nnnnnnnnnngggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I have called both the sales and he support lines. After 20-25 minutes on hold I must say I give up.. Last year on another problem I actually was on hold for 1 1/2 hours. I was determined ... I was going to get through ...but you guys won... Not only did I not get through but I upgraded to 7 and the problem went away..... cool way to sell product. Anyway I once again sent a note to support describing my problem... did so four days ago to sales... no response.. What are the secret phone numbers ???????????????

they stopped taking phone calls, and direct you to a phone call scheduler that is now saying that i do not have any product that is supported by phone.  REALLY...that's not what they said when they took my money.
 
3 months of emails and reporting a problem and scheduled phone calls that they didn't show up for etc.  you guys are an embarrassment.
