The thread you have added your complaint to is from 2009, and the support system was changed in 2016.
 
I don't know what product version you have, but if it is Sonar - at any version from X3 or earlier, it is not supported.
 
I would suggest that these user forums have been historically quite helpful for folks with older versions of Sonar, so if you were to post the details of whatever your particular issues are to the forums, you would quite likely get some very thorough help from the forum community.
