  • Sonar Plat 22.11 not saving strip choices in console

In the latest version, if I save a project with a modified console (i.e., not showing any of the MIDI channel strips), when I reload the project after closing, the MIDI strips are back. This is annoying.

I'm pretty sure console changes were saved in prior versions, but I'm old and may have forgotten.

Has anyone else seen this or have I messed up my own personal version?

Yes, I'm having not only consistent 'plt stops working' when I first open a project, but also any adjustments I do to the meters - and save of course - are reset each time I re-open a project.

No, there was no need before the existence of lenses, and no reason to remove functionality just to implement lenses, imho.

I guess that's something I could try. So after changing the meters for example, you're suggesting to save it as a modified lens? I'll have a go to see whether this works. Thanks.

Which strips are visible in the console *can* be accomplished with lenses.

I noticed it here, too. When I installed the 2016.11 update, it erased my settings, including my current theme, and now my preferences don't stick in the mixer. I have to reset them every time I open a project.
