got this popup when trying to use the drum replacer... shows the track as busy, then initializing, then the popup.  After selecting OK the multidock shows the track number with <drum Replacer> header, but I show only a small area in the corner with graphics.  Tried on a kick track and on a snare track.
 
and I still get the Bitmap not found error message on a couple of projects. 
 
I rolled back the SPAT from 2016.11 to 2016.10 after having issues with 11.  Maybe I will reboot and try loading 11 again since it seems to have worked for some people.  Is the Drum Replacer part of the core SPLAT or is it part of an instrument install?

ok, guess I should have looked first.  I went ahead and highlighted each track and dragged it into a midi track, and melodyne changed it to midi, so all I needed to do was resize the notes and move them to the appropriate instrument.  Wasn't perfect but it did a pretty good job.  Will try reinstalling drum replacer and try again later.
