Did something happen where you can't click the host bypass anymore on an FX dialog?   On my system, its grey and doesn't do anything.  Alternative?

Hi, I am not quite sure i follow you. Are you talking about plugins in your fx bin? If so.. Have you tried to do a vst re-scan? Which plugins are grayed out?

Depends on the plug-in supporting the option.

In the actual dialog of any open plugin there is a host bypass button in the upper left.  However, I see that is does work for some and not others which I've never noticed before and I've been using Sonar for many many years.  It does not work for  UAD) or soundtoys but does on waves and plugin-alliance stuff so I don't know, I thought it had always worked for ALL plug-ins in the past...    

It is a VST3 thing. Even then some VST3 plug-ins do not support it. Some manufacturers do the bare minimum to get their plug-ins to load as VST3.
