Installed the latest update and now drag&drop isn't working again (p.2)

It seems that rebooting after the update clears up any drag and drop issues with 2016.10 or 2016.11.
Back on 2016.11, so far, so good. Checking out some of the new features, lenses, and improved matrix view.
