This just happened and I can not figure it out. Audio is working fine IN and OUT of Adobe Audition so I know that program and my Steinberg UR22 interface are working but ....
 
In platinum:
1) It will record the MIDI but no audio out
2) It will no longer record or playback regular audio (in fact the record button will turn off immediately after attempting to record and the transport does not move when attempting to record regular audio, though it does when recording MIDI
4) No VU readings of prior audio in the Console view.
 
I have looked at everything, but obviously am missing something. This is occurring on ALL sessions.
 
PS I've also attempted restore several times to no avail.
pps: I just was able to export audio and play in Windows media player from a session, but still cannot hear in Sonar
Help please.

Make sure the Playback and Record Timing Masters are properly defined. This is covered in the setup link below.
 
If ASIO4ALL is installed, remove it. Regardless if the timing masters are not the solution, try reinstalling the manufacturer's driver and verify the setup in Platinum

Thank you, it did not have ASIO4ALL and I re-installed the latest drivers and it is still not working, though the interface steinberg works with Adobe Audition just fine. This all started when I accidentally started Platinum without Adobe being completely shut down.
