I recently noticed after I run sonar and open a new project a high pitch comes out from my speakers. As soon as I close the project and just leave the sonar open, Noise will go and speakers get quiet. It seems after sonar finds the audio driver or something like this, it happens.
Does anybody have experience this issue?

Sometimes I have this problem, too. When I change the buffer settings of the ASIO driver (e.g. from 64 to 128), the frequency of the noise is changing, too.
Until now, I was not able to figure out a solid solution. My quick fix is a re-boot of the computer. Then the noise is gone. Sometimes it helps to close SONAR (or any other ASIO-utilizing software) and play a couple of seconds a track via the media player.  For example: Today there is no buzz, but yesterday there were the noise.
I do my notes about my tasks at the computer in order to figure out, what program can cause this issue. Probably it is something wired like the zip-tool - who knows...
 

Actually mine doesn't change even with changing the buffer size or restarting. I still hear the noise(high pitch). It doesn't really matter I open a heavy project or new. As soon as I open a project or even a new project with any track or plugin, It starts to generating the noise.
I hope someone here has a solution for it.

sounds like a ground problem. try plugging your hardware, interface, speakers in to another outlet. or if practicle, bring the set up to a different location in your house.
 
Other possibility's:
A bad wireless keyboard or mouse battery.
Some sort of wireless interference.
Your onboard wireless network card (if you have one)

Do not eat platinum. Platinum salts are toxic, but the pure metal is so resistant to chemical reaction that it will likely pass through the digestive tract intact. Chewing it however, in addition to making a crunching noise can fracture tooth enamel and dental appliances.

I don't think it has anything to do with your buffers.
See my first post. 9 out of 10 times, a high pitch noise is interference or a ground issue.

I think Charlie is right. I thought you have the problem only if you run SONAR. If the sound is there while playing tracks from e.g. the media player, it should be a ground problem.
If you are sure that you changed nothing at your setup, then use a power extension and try an outlet with another fuse. Probably a new coffee maker or something else in your house is the root of all evil (noise)...

Thank you for being worried about my health. I might not get die because of the platinum salt toxic, But for sure will be embarrass in front of my clients because of this damn noise.

I have connected all my devices and gears except of my two 27 inch monitors to power conditioner. Is not enough to get rid of grounding?
I will disconnect my wireless mouse and keyboard and will back here to say the result.
By the way I don't have onboard wireless network card.

Rez, Don't think for one second a power conditioner will protect you from ground noise.(or wireless int).
A power conditioner needs a decent earth to actually work effectively. There is also more to it than that.
We could fill up a page of what a power conditioner will and wont eliminate.
 
When it comes to hum, noise, sequel, I have found many culprits in my travels.
Could be a bad cord, USB cord, Patch cord, exc. Wireless battery, ive even thought my IPhone was causing a low whine so I don't even bring those in anymore. Don't rule out a power cord wrapped/laying on, or near another line source.
When did the noise start, or when did you notice it ?
