Hello all,
I wanted to see if anyone else is seeing this. Load Splat, load project, start play. Project starts and plays, after a moment the screens go away and the app screen reappears and I  have to accept the app again. Screens come back on. A little time later it all happens again. Sound continues, just the screens change. Everything up to date, latest Splat update. Doesn't seem to have an effect on project..........just annoying. Anyone with thoughts?

More information please. What system are you using? A laptop or a desktop? What is the OS?  How up to date are you on drivers? What version of Sonar Platinum are you using?  When you say app do you mean Sonar?

I don't see such an app. Could you name it? Is this Windows 10? Are you perhaps talking about Windows User Account Control popup?

If so read this http://www.tenforums.com/...indows-10-a.html

John,
Good day,
What I'm calling an 'app', is not really an app, but a notification screen that allows you to move ahead and open project, bundle, etc. It says something like, 'do you wish to let Sonar make changes to this computer? I see this screen before opening any project in Sonar. Do you not get this screen when you open Sonar? If not, how do you eliminate this screen.

No I don't. And that screen is UAC in action.

What is the screen I'm seeing then? Is anyone else seeing this screen. Why do I need to sign permission for each use of Sonar.

Base 57
If SONAR is set up to run "As Administrator" it will trigger the UAC when you start up. As to why the UAC is re-triggering(?) I have no clue.
