Hey guys so I'm new to recording with SONAR LE, and i need some help on recording vocals on it and finding where to use my vsts when i record on a blank project. Thank you.

We need to know an awful lot about your system before anyone can make that call.
 
You can start by editing your profile and supply details of your entire system in your signature, just like mine below.
 
Most importantly is what you're using for an interface and what driver mode/version your'e running.
An idea about your microphone(s) will also help.

What helped me the most when I started with Sonar to set up was I purchased a few video programs from Cakewalk. This is the best investment you will ever make into your new life of recording. Here are the links for them.
