Downloaded and unzipped the latest rapture freebie pack.  I have installed all the other freebie packs before.
 
I can see them in the program data folder same as all the other folder, but when I open browser and hit F5 it does not update.
 
Any trick or tip or anything else I am missing ?

Assuming this is the supervillian pack, make sure the programs are visible in c:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Rapture\Programs\10 - Supervillain Pack. All the F5 key does is delete c:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Rapture\Programs\programs.lst. Removing the programs.lst file by hand then running Rapture will also force a rebuild of the program list in the browser.

That was the trick I was looking for.
 
Deleted the programs.lst file and now I see super villains.
