I agree - I'm just not 100% there with the drums. I asked a friend to help out and we're working up some ideas. In the future I think I will run all BFD channels to channels in the Daw and process them there instead of in the BFD mixer. I just couldn't get the results I was looking for inside of BFD...

I generally turn off BFD mixer effects and bounce from BFD to Sonar. After that, I treat the audio tracks as recorded drums and process from there. I find I can do more once the tracks are out of BFD...

I'm working on a rev 2 with some different drums that I'm very excited about...

Good stuff...    Nice mix, cool song, and yeah, the vocals sound great.   Did you record those as well?  Very clear and defined.   I enjoyed the way you kept switching things up as it went along too, it kept things most interesting.  And I think Steven agrees.

I love Bapsi's bass on this one, too, fits perfectly into the mix like a glove.

Everything about this number works well --- the composition, playing, mix, etc.  It certainly has all the elements of a good commercial production.
