A bit expensive now for £ buyers especially as it's only a PDF.

"...only a PDF"? I'm not sure what your point is. Do you think the PDF put itself together? It takes time and effort for an experienced person to put together a product like this.

Mr Anderton, would it be possible to get a hard copy of this book?
I'd be willing to pay a bit more...

I got the first one and it had multiple examples of things I would use.
Very helpful. The only reason I didn't get the second one was because Cakewalk had closed up and wasn't sure of its demise.
Will definitely pick this up. thanks for the info Craig.

(please don't complain of the price. Its only 19.99, that is nothing in comparison to other books of this nature)

At about 4 pence (UK pence) a page of in-depth Craig Anderton thoroughness - it's definitely going (has gone) on my digital shelf.

Thanks Craig for keeping the energy and interest going.

I don't like PDF's. I like to hold a book and read it. If it was a paperback  I would be happy to spend 40 to 50 dollars for this book.

That is just about the low end of what it would cost to purchase the pdf and have it turned into a bound hard copy. Nice to see Craig has updated his book.

I understand about having hard copy, I haven't given up on paper yet   It's just economically difficult to justify. I have an old iPad and saved all my PDF manuals in it, which has been very convenient. It's not exactly hard copy, but to have everything in one place is great. With PDFs in general, I do like being able to put hyperlinks to all the tips in the contents page, and also, the ability to search on specific terms.

You can take the PDF to a Kinko's or generic equivalent and have them print it out, double-sided, in color. They can also bind it for you. A typical price for black and white is 20 cents for a double-sided page, so you'd be looking at $40 to print the book in B&W, I don't know what the extra charge would be for color or to get it bound.

If you have college affiliations, they may have an imaging or printing department that could do it for less.

I used to purchase Scot R Garrigus books on sonar and still use them for reference. I can do the printing in colour myself and bind but it's not really a book. Books now are a valuable commodity and I have 1st editions that  I purchased for £10 now selling for hundreds of pounds. Pdf or Kindle books have no market value except to the user.
Nothing against you and your book  which I saved anyway when you posted and Craig thanks for all your work.
