reWire is greyed out

No matter what I have tried the Insert->ReWire option remains greyed out.

I have followed this advice.

I have Reason 8.3 64bit and Sonar Artist 64bit. It all worked fine on my old Win 7 64bit laptop.

What O.S. are you running now, Win 10?

Are both programs the 64 bit version? Try starting them using "Run as Administrator".
