Platinum vst plugin manager won't load

When I select the Cakewalk plugin manger on the Platinum Utilities drop down menu, it does not launch.

have you tried launching it from the FX bin ? same deal ?
use the drop down tab on the FX bin, you will see a slide out menu with PIM.
