I could say "Patience grasshopper!". But, if I am totally honest, I have been waiting anxiously for this as well.....   Maybe you're right.... it will be in the November update - or maybe earlier.

Cakewalk moves in mysterious ways......

I don't think Cakewalk will be upset with me for pulling back the curtain a bit...I was actually up in Boston when this was about to be introduced. It was all good to go but at the last minute, there was a rare and unusual issue that was uncovered only through happenstance. Last I heard it was on its way to being fixed.

This totally fits the picture that Cake only puts out high quality releases anymore
those around long enough will remember some rocky parts on the Sonar path, but in recent months it's as smooth and polished as a formula one race track

Rob, I don't know but I would think that Cake can bake in confidence since they don't have an external clock ticking; ie, we have to have this, that and whatnot done by the yearly release date.  Cake can simply work on something and make sure it works and then put it out in a regularly scheduled release.  If that is the case, it makes a case for monthly releases.  If they don't squeeze all the bugs out of something new, they just wait a month.

Of course, we'll really see when Cake starts putting out new paid software with internal due dates etc. - Beatscape Pro, Pultec soft EQ, or whatever they will release for money.

Well, there will always be that quirk that doesn't get discovered until something gets out into the world, but certainly the releases continue to get more solid. However IMHO even more important is how fast there are hot fixes when problems do occur.
