So, I would really like a pair of physical Dorrough meters. I was thinking I'd feed them with a pair of outs separate from my monitors, so they would not be affected by the volume knob on my Apollo. However, we're talking like $300 to pick up a pair used.

I love Waves Dorrough meters, so I just ordered this:

It's an 8" monitor for about $67. My plan is to put the Waves Dorrough from the master bus on this dedicated monitor and use it as an external meter bridge.
