Matrix view and staff view I have never even opened.  But like so many others, I probably use 40-50% of what Sonar actually offers.  I just use what I need to make rock music and move on.

I never use the Console View.

No joke. I have yet to use the console view. I just assumed it was already gone.

I use the CV often. I use the TV as well. But what I wonder about is do we really need all that audio crap?

Hmmm, all of the updates since Jan 2016. LandR was so not wanted that I backed out of that update and stayed there.

I guess all you audio guys never think about MIDI.

Never used punch in or out. And the theme editor is redundant for me, I can't believe how good SPLAT looks on my big monitor just as it is.

Ditto for Punch In/Out.  It's a holdover from tape, and has been deleted from my Control Bar. Now I start the recording a couple of bars early, get the feel, play what's needed, and Slip Edit the extra recorded time.

Then again, since the developers are busy adding and improving, REMOVING anything seems a waste of time.  After 14(ish) years with Cakewalk, one of their best selling points is workflow versatility.  I can use it for strictly electronic music, record live like tape, or any point between.

Pretty much anything having to do with audio loops.
