The  audiomaterial is mastered in CD quality :16 bit and 44.100 khz,
the video quality is HD 1080/60.
I´m running Sony Movie Studio Platinum 12 .
What is the best fprmat to render to get  the best sound quality for youtube ?

I do not use the Sony product, but you want to render at the highest setting Youtube allows before it will compress it again.

MP4 h264 1080P and 8mbps, any higher than that and it will try to compress it again and you will lose quality.

I would do CBR at 8mbps unless your program allows for multiple pass VBR where you set the target rate at 8megs.

I also think you want 29.970 fps instead of 60.  Most I've read 60 on youtube does not work properly.

(nearly as good as your mixes ) ?

Audio bit rate is a separate issue than the video settings.

I believe the highest allowable is 384kbps for a stereo file.

Cannot find a CBR file format to render within MV 12,
Google says (CBR) it a Comic Book Reader format.

Just like video, it only re compresses it if you upload at a higher standard than it allows natively...and it compresses it for lower bandwidth settings.   But someone watching at 1080P will get the same file you upload on playback if you set your encoding right at the max allowable on all parameters.

It does not re-compress either audio or video if you set it at the highest allowable.

It is Constant Bit Rate vs Variable Bit Rate.
