Cannot find a CBR file format to render within MV 12,
Google says (CBR) it a Comic Book Reader format.

It is Constant Bit Rate vs Variable Bit Rate.

Thanks for the clarification .

Using pro here so not sure about movie studio but if you have an advanced or custom setting option you can go into the template and change the CBR/VBR settings.

So far, I have found the Sony AVC MP4 to be the best.

Yes, your recommendation is correct, except the YouTube spec does say "Content should be encoded and uploaded in the same frame rate it was recorded," and it lists 60 fps as an acceptable choice (OP says his video is at 60).

Well,
I  have to learn a lot about rendering,
that´s what I noticed now cause of your detailed answers
to my unexact questions.
I thought to render in Movie Studio means just to render in a video format
also contains rendering the audio file........

thanks for the link above
I don´t understand what that means :

  • moov atom at the front of the file (Fast Start)

Pete - I'm not familiar with Movie Studio, but if you have a "fast start" option when you go to render, check that. Apparently, however, it doesn't affect the quality of your render -- it just allows YouTube to begin processing your movie while it is uploading, instead of after it is uploaded. So it saves a little time before your movie is ready to be viewed online.
