oh there's very easy and fast solution, i use it time to time:
change driver mode to mme, accept, change back to ASIO, now your audio interface is ok=))
That takes longer than closing and relaunching Sonar.
longer? lol, only if your project is not loaded
for me it takes 15-20 seconds to init missed audio
