Hello all....trying to get my sonar artist hooked up to record on my presonus board and I only get the odd channels to show up in the drop down menu in sonar.....example would be  input:  presonus ch1 right
                                                                                    presonus ch1 left
                                                                                    presonus ch1 stereo
 
I never see the odd channels....any thoughts?    I followed the directions in the presonus manual and selected asio drivers....

CH 1 Left = 1 on Studiolive
CH 1 Right = 2
CH 3 Left = 3
Ch 3 Right = 4   etc.......
 
CH 1 Stereo = 1+2 on Studiolive
CH 3 Stereo = 3+4 etc......
