I also have the Polytune from TC, which is not free (/ cheap for a tuner), but very good.

Besides TH3, you can download a nice tuner plugin from GVST:

AT4 Free, ReValver, GuitarRig player also feature a tuner.

You could check out MTuner from Melda productions. I believe it's included in the free Meffectsbundle
