I want to use time stretching for both MIDI and audio clips.  I have used it in the past.  Smart Cursor/Edit Tool on end of clip/cntl key the edge turns yellow and I can scale time for that clip.
 
Yes, I have made sure that groove-clip looping is turned off on the clip.
 
At some point (not sure when but could have been at the last update) this feature stopped working.  I use Sonar every day as my go to tool (I create pinball audio packages for a living) so I'm experienced.
 
Searched forum for time stretching, stretching.  Got nothing.
 
Is this working for everybody else?

OK, in the suggested threads I see that the feature (contrary to the MIDI features video which should probably be updated) that the modifier for this function is cntl|shift not cntl.
Yay, it works and I can get back to work instead of fighting my tools.
