Update 2 for SONAR 2016.09 is now available!

We have released an additional update to SONAR 2016.09. In this update we fixed a truncated path that would cause some plug-ins to not be scanned. In addition, there were several users who experienced trouble being able to get the most recent update to SONAR 2016.09 due to their membership end date...

Groove Quantize Affecting Note Durations with Parameter Set to Zero (Solved)

Greetings! I am trying to groove quantize a midi bassline to a drum pattern. With the duration parameter set to zero the note values are still dramatically affected. The results are unusable. Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!:-) Sarah-I came back to delete this but didn't see how..

Tab view.

Is there any way to show a tab view of what is being played the same way we can see the staff view. Thank you in advance for any help. Gerry..

clips crossfading with muted lanes

I'm getting behavior where, if I try to work with clips in the track without lanes expanded, the clip I'm working on will sometimes crossfade with the muted clips below it. To have audible clips crossfade when I overlap them is exactly the behavior I want, but I don't always want to delete the unuse..

Suggestion for posting about specific SONAR versions

With the current update model, "latest version" is ambiguous. It would be helpful if posts about a specific version of SONAR included the version number as shown in Help > About..

OFFSET MODE BUG? - BUS AUTOMATION - OFFSET MODE IS NO LONGER STATIC

Since when does offset mode on busses move with automation?? That defeats the whole purpose of it. I moved so haven't done a project in a few months so it seems numerous anomalies are now present in SONAR that were not there before. Of set mode, the faders should NOT move with automation and just al..

Sonar Platinum FX Guitar and Bass

An easy one I think.... when I open the FX file Guitar and Bass it only lists FXs from A to L (last one shown is Led). I assume this only relates to the first half of the alphabet. Where's the second half please? Thanks for help...

installing new CA2A compressor

Just bought the new CA2A compressor plugin. Installed and copied it to the same directory as all my other vst plugins. Had Sonar X3 re-scan the plugins directory. And still the CA2A doesn't show up. Am I missing something? -ryan..
