Need help with X3 Producer dragging and dropping issues

When I used my older Producer 6, I was able to for instance, cut a portion out of a track then move the track back together to the exact point I needed to. For some reason with X3, I cannot do this. How can I see or download recognition of my Akai MK49 controller into Sonar X2

Headphone mix with X1204USB

Hi. I've been trying to create a headphone mix so i can hear reverb and other effects ( like autotune) when im recording but i dont when these effects to be recorded on the track. How can i make it work ? Im using Sonar professional and have a Behringer x1204USB mixer. Plz help!..

Bus Templates?

I've RTFM regarding track templates and project templates and all works fine. But what about bus templates? I don't see any reference in the manual or anything within Sonar that would allow me to create a bus template. There's gotta be a way, right? I'm not getting an option to save an existing bus ..
