Problem when opening multiple projects - random scrolling

Control bar collapsed

The control bar is collapsed and I can't find where to permanently un collapse it. The functions are all on top but I have to scroll over the "Tools, Transport, "etc. Then they collapse again...

Sonar 2.2 and windows 7
