Stop FX trails from Vst synth when MIDI notes stop playing

Hey all! Just noticed in console view that the lower scroll bar for the bus pane shows even when all the bus strips are visible. The scroll bar should be gone...

sonar platinum 32 bit crashes anyone having problems
