[SOLVED]How to transpose the MIDI octave so 'CakeWallk SC Bass' can play my Bass MIDI line

The Bass channel in MIDI file is set too low for Cakewalk SC Bass to play it. Although it is fine for TTS-1. I'm still running sonar 6 and the updates to 6.2 are not in the my products area. Anyone know if there around somewhere and if I still have to worry about running sonar before I install them? This was an issue on vista, not sure if it will be on windows 10...
