Can I convert CC 1 to some other CC?

Using Platinum. I want to use the mod wheel on my keyboard to record CC data in real time. The problem is that I want to record CC 22. I've probably pushed another key accidentally...

...because now my console and piano roll only appear at the bottom third of the screen when invoked and not full screen like I like to work. It's very tedious this morning to have to pull up the console and PRV to full height every time I need to work in them. Can someone tell me what dumbass thing ..
