Midi notes being shortened on fast bounce

New computer - updated Sonar to Platinum and updated PLAY to 5. When using fast bounce or freeze, all of my PLAY instruments will shorten my midi notes, is if there is a "note off" going on somewhere. This doesn't happen if I uncheck "fast bounce". I've never seen this is any version of Sonar or ..
