Inserting Multiple Video Clips

Is there a way to append video segments? When I try to drag 'n drop clip #2 onto the video thumbnail track, all I get is a "replace video?" message. I also created a second track and was able to drop it there, but Sonar refuses to show it. It will only show the first clip...

No customer support - been battling install problem now for 2 months

Mike Lally in customer support wrote me an email telling me that he "manually placed your SONAR 8 registration into your new account". Ever since then, my SONAR program will NOT register. My PC died a month ago. Completely switched to Mac without hesitation because of the recent Cakewalk news. Using Logic Pro X in the meantime. But having Sonar withdrawals.. working in Sonar is like playing in my own backyard...

Sonar says files are incompatible ----Also, keeps asking for REG key upon each start

A couple of problems. 1) THe program ALWAYS asks me for registration key EVERY time I start up , even when I start up as ADMIN. 2) THe program says that my previous files are NOT COMPATIBLE with the version of software I'm running.
